eBay & Amazon Wishlist!

Hello m'lovelies!

First off, i am so sorry that i have not blogged in ages! I have been really stressy about things and have had a lot on my mind and though there is no excuse, i will hopefully be back to blogging twice a week or more from now on!

Anyway, today i am going to be giving you guys my eBay wishlist as i've been lusting over a few bargain items and i really want to share them with you guys so you can maybe pick up a bargain too!

First off this this Feline top in copy of the Celine Paris tees. I love this and have for ages, not sure why i haven't bought it yet! You can pick it up by just searching on eBay but the cheapest seller i could currently find was here.

Next, is this Boy London skater skirt seen on Rihanna and Jesse J. I have also loved this for a while and think it's sure cute to dress up and down! More than likely not real BL but, i'm definitely ok with imitation. The cheapest eBay seller i could find was here.

I have wanted an oversized mint jumper for the longest time, these eBay ones come in loads of different colours and are so cheap that i need one in my life! They are here.

These are out of stock in my size but, i really need them! I know it's coming up for Summer but, i live in Scotland, there is a very high chance i will get good wear out of them! You can get these here.

Leigh style skinny jeans in loads and loads of rainbow colours! Granted, there are not many colours left of these on this seller right now, but you can still give them a try here.

I don't even like JD but i like this top. I've seen a few people wearing it and i think it goes really well with skinny jeans and a leather jacket or tucked into a black skater skirt with heels for a night out. And, it's really cheap! Here. They also have similar ones if you search about on Amazon such as coca-cola ones!

MAC single eye-shadow in Idol Eyes. These claim to be genuine and i'll take their word for it but at the end of the day i like the colour of the eye-shadow and £7.99 is not going to break the bank! Here.

Uch, i go on about this all the time yet i still haven't forked out for it. I just am a little sceptical on the claimed results but, i might just bite the bullet and try it. It's a lot cheaper than most other whitening toothpastes too! You can get it here.

Such a good price for the Real Techniques Core Collection. Defo going to be purchasing this from Amazon and you can too here.

This Mary Jane Fashion high waisted. faux leather skater skirt has been on my list for a while. It looks lovely and i think these skirts are so on trend and go with just about anything! You can pick this up here.

This skull cardi isn't every ones cup of tea but, it is mine! I think it's just so casual and comfy but stylish at the same time and i love anything slouchy to laze around in and at only £22.99 you can't really go wrong so, here it is.

Fifteen quid is not cheap for a sponge, but i really want to try the beauty blender so, maybe next time i get paid this will be my slight splurge product! You can get the beauty blender here.

And thats pretty much all i'm lusting after from eBay and Amazon!

If you have any of these or have bought anything exciting from eBay or Amazon please do let me know in a wee comment, i love bargain hunting and i would love to add more of your recommendations to my list!

L'Oreal Diamantissime Color Riche 325 - Feeric Fuschia Review!

Hello Bellas!

For Christmas i received the 'Dress Up In Diamonds' Diamantissime collection box from L'Oreal from my lovely mother. I think this was a gift box given at Christmas for free with a purchase of L'Oreal over a certain price (correct me if i'm completely wrong!). Since my mum gave me two of my fave False Lash Telescopic mascara in my stocking at Christmas she got this box too. For some reason, i haven't even tried the products from the box yet so i thought i should get onto giving them a go!

First thing that caught my eye from the box was this lipstick in 325 Feeric Fuschia.

It is a beautiful deep pink colour and has a bit of a subtle shimmer to it on the lips. I think this is more a colour i would wear out in the evening rather than every day as it is a really bright colour on the lips and definitely a statement colour. The picture above shows the shimmer to it and you can just see how it has sort of tiny little flecks of glitter through it.

The lipstick is really pigmented and i have found it stays on a long time with really little fading which is always good especially on a night out when you are going to be eating and drinking and you want a lipstick to have staying power!

(My top layer of hair looks blue.. it's the lighting.)

The following photos are close ups of the lipstick having been on for a couple of hours, except the middle one, that's just after application:

This was a really quick review as i just had to share my love for this lippy! I don't know why i didn't open the box and try the products sooner! *slaps wrist*

I'm really excited to try the other products from the box and am already starting to love the Volume Million Lashes Diamantissime Mascara from this box which is a sparkly twist on the much loved Volume Million range, review soon!

Did you receive this Dress Up In Diamonds box at Christmas time? Do you love the products?

Spiky Booties!

Hello Ladies

At my work, my boss refers to me as Imelda Marcos, who was said to own over 3000 pairs of shoes! She replied to this claim saying "I did not own three thousand pairs of shoes, I had one thousand and sixty."

I wish I even owned half of that but, I do have a fair amount! Its like shoes call to me and make me buy them! I'm not being mental, come on girls, admit it, something in your head makes you suddenly need to blow all your wages on shoes rather than food for the month..

So, when I was asked if I wanted to review a pair of Barratts shoes, obviously my head, and every other part of me, jumped at the chance.

Picking a pair drove me mad as I literally love every shoe on their site, there is not one pair of flats, boots, heels, sandals, wellies I can say I would not buy! However, I eventually decided on these bad boys:

(please ignore my sock lines, haha)

You all know by now if you've read my blog from the beginning back in October last year, that I have an obsession for anything studded or spiky, therefore these shoe boots tick all my boxes! They are really well made and the spikes feel really secure so I have no worries that they will come loose after the first wear, unlike my much more expensive CJG shoes which did exactly that.

I really loved these in the leathery look version but unfortunately they didn't have those left in my size so I picked these suede-like ones instead. Whats worse, is that i am between two sizes and since receiving these I've realised that they are slightly too big for me so i could have got the leather ones in a 5. Oh well, can always have two pairs right ;)?

I picked these as I really love shoe boots but I don't really own any so I thought they would be a good change to my Lita dupes a which are forever on my feet! They go with everything and are really easy to dress down with casual jeans and an over-sized knit, or even to dress up and look a bit more edgy with a leather look skater skirt and a crop top for a night out. You can tailor them to the look you are going for as you can add them to a floral, bright girly outfit or go a bit more luxe leather and make them a bit more biker girl.

On the inside, these boots have smaller, flatter studs so that you don't spike yourself and the outside has pretty big, sharp spikes.

Overall, I could not recommend these boots more, they are super comfortable despite how high they are, they are really on trend, real eye catchers and really versatile. They are an amazing addition to my forever expanding footwear collection! ...Imelda who ;)?

You can buy these beauties for only £32 down from £40 right HERE or you can visit the Barratts home page and have a look around for yourself to see if anything takes your fancy as they have loads of lovely shoes right HERE.

Do you like spiked shoes or spikes in general?
I don't think I'll ever get over them!

Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer Review!

Heey

First of all, i haven't posted in five days, i know! I am very sorry for this but i have been feeling really really rubbish of late and am only starting to feel slightly more human today! Doing a wee fake tan and making a few new gym class plans really does make you feel better!

Anyway, today i'm reviewing two of the Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer range.

I know there have been a lot of bloggers reviewing this and everyone and their granny now owns them but some of you still wanted me to share my thoughts so here they are!

When i popped into Boots, i instantly loved all of the colours in this range. I had to stop myself from buying every single one and just settled for two! I picked Nova and Galaxy.

I'll start with Nova, go onto Galaxy then do a quick bringing together of the overall product.

NOVA

I picked Nova as i hardly own any light pink lip products. I tend to shy away from these shades for some unknown reason as i really do love them but i just feel they sometimes don't suit me. Nevertheless, i bought it for a change and to try something i usually wouldn't.

This is Nova on the Lips. (My teeth look squint, they're definitely not! My smile however, really is squint! My sister loves to mention this on a daily basis!) It's a really pretty colour despite how much i thought i would hate it. I am really really excited for Spring to hurry its ass along so i can pop this on with a little spring dress! It is definitely a cute little S/S colour!

GALAXY

So Galaxy is a lot darker and is sort of a burgundy wine colour. I always go for shades like this, i think they suit me and they remind me of Rimmel's Matte Kate Moss lipstick in 107 which is my ultimate fave lipstick even before MAC's Russian Red which used to be my go-to lipstick before!

The photo's probably don't look as dark as the colour really looks in life as the lighting in my room is really bright today but it does show that it is a darker shade than Nova. The shade is less pink than it looks in these pictures, more like the swatch on my hand above.

Overall Review
I love the colours of both of these and i do not regret purchasing them, however, as with every product, i have found a few pros and cons to these which i will list for you now :):

PROS
Beautiful colour selection
Smell really nice, similar to Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks in my opinion
Pretty Packaging & Names
Really pigmented
Nice change from a normal gloss or lipstick
Not sticky

CONS
Messy
Don't have that long a staying power on the lips
Don't dry

Adding comments to the cons, i would say that what really annoys me about these products are they are messy, i apply the product, sometimes go a bit overboard, and i literally find it every where! All over my teeth and face and it's unfixable so i just have to start again.

I also don't like how they stay wet. I know they are not a lipstick and that's fine, and i love that they are not sticky like a lot of lip glosses, but i just find they are a bit too wet. This also means that they don't stay on very long in my opinion, as soon as i drink a coffee it's pretty much off, meaning i have to re-apply a few times in a day!

Conclusions
Although i have a few issues with this product, overall i think the colours and pigmentation probably make them a worthwhile buy to me!

I really want Big Bang, but i'm not too sure if i will invest as i honestly prefer lipsticks. I am glad i gave these beauties a go though and i will definitely use up the two i have bought!

Do you own any of the Rimmel Apocalips collection?
Do you find them the same as i do or do you absolutely love them?

Nail Diaries #2!

Hello

I've been doing my nails again this week and i love this nail polish so much that i'm making it my second nail diary feature!

I bought 'Northern Lights' from the Wonderland Collection by Models Own as well as 'Sterling Silver' as Boots currently have a buy one get second half price offer on all cosmetics, eyelashes and nails.

This post is going to focus only on the 'Northern Lights' polish (the right hand bottle)!

It's a really really sparkly polish with a pink base tone. You can also get this in 'Southern Lights' which is as glittery but with more of a purple base.

It is a beautiful colour for winter and it really is very sparkly, especially under bright lights. The picture above shows the colour after two coats of polish with no base colour or anything just the polish alone.

The only thing with this nail polish is that when dry it does feel really bitty due to the glitter. This doesn't bother me but i know other people that it does. You can solve this by using a topcoat though which i did use the day after i had applied the polish to stop it from chipping and thankfully it didn't effect the glittery appearance of the polish like applying a topcoat sometimes does.

Anyway, i've been wearing this polish since last Sunday and it still looks like this:

So if you're after a new glitter nail polish for the Christmas period i really reccomend this by Models Own, they are cheap as chips at only £5 each and if you pop into boots soon you'll be able to pick another one up for just £2.50!

Have you been trying the Models Own wonderland collection?
What's your favourite polish just now?
